All About us
You will be in safe hands with one of our fully qualified and experienced groomers! The salon space is modern and fully equipped, we use top quality products and equipment and we can cater for all breeds and sizes of dog.
The Dog Parlour is owned by Mollie a fully qualified dog groomer who has worked in the industry for almost 8 years. Mollie studied animal management at Hartpury College, following on from this she attended a multi award winning dog grooming academy in Somerset and obtained her Level 3 qualification.
Lauren has been working alongside Mollie since 2021 she began as a Saturday assistant but fell in love with the job and decided to undertake her grooming qualification in 2022. Alongside working in the salon part time, Lauren runs a successful pet and equine business of her own!
Chloe has worked in the salon since 2017, first as a dog grooming assistant but now as one of our fantastic dog groomers since becoming qualified in 2022. Chloe rents a table in the salon so bookings are made direct with her via her own social media platform.
Claudia is our newest member of the team, she is a fully qualified dog groomer who also rents a table with us. Claudia has over a decade of experience, she has previously ran a successful business of her own before moving to Spain. Now back in the UK we are very pleased to have her as she is a very experienced and talented groomer.
Puppy Package
Get your puppy used to grooming with our fantastic puppy package.
First visit: includes a free meet and greet with one of our fully qualified groomers. During the meet and greet we will introduce your puppy to the groom room, we will get them up onto our table and give them a brush, eye trim and nail clip. We will turn on our dryers and clippers so that they can familiarise themselves with the noises. Finally they will get lots of treats and cuddles! Service cost: £0
Second visit: the puppy wash,
After the initial meet and greet we recommend booking your dog in soon after for a wash, this is another opportunity to get them used to the salon and us before they need grooming. Service cost : £20
Full Groom Package
If your dog is booked in for a full groom they will receive a wash, dry, coat style and nail trim.
On drop off we will discuss grooming options with you. You may know what you would like your dog to have done but we are more than happy to advise also.
Wash and go package
A simple wash and dry, ideal in-between grooms to freshen your dog up.
Wash and De-Shed Package
Is your dog shedding a lot of coat at home? We offer a wash and de-shed package, perfect for dogs who shed, we will wash, dry and remove as much dead coat as possible leaving your dog shiny and a lot less hairy! This is perfect for Labrador’s, smooth coated jack Russell’s, pugs, French bulldogs etc…
Walk In Nail Clipping Service
We offer a walk in nail service, all breeds welcome. service cost: £8
Hand stripping
We are also able to offer hand stripping, if you’d like to discuss more please get in touch.
